Hello,
I have a problem with a novomatic 402: when I press the button to open the garage door, there is some noise in the motor but it doesn't open and there is a red light with a triangle flashing. Unfortunately, I don't have the manual. Could you either send me a manual in pdf or tell me what this flashing light means? Also could you tell me which Novoferm motor would be compatible to use as a replacement?

Good afternoon,
I have a novomatic 402, but I don't find the manual in english.
One of my remote controllers was robbed, so I would like to know if it's possible to change the frequency and how to do it.
